Before getting into Bhagwat Geetha let me clear some of the points

·         This book is written by a Hindu for human kind, hence so no religion can claim its right.

·         To my view, it’s not the conversation between the virtual god and the King Arjuna but the conversation of Vysar (The writer of Bhagwat Geetha) and his soul.

·         Needless to criticize some of the verses (me too wont agree with some of the thoughts) because Geetha is not asking you follow everything. So, examine this book than to criticize.

·         Finally I’m just a Listener here, not preacher.

 

When question was raised to Einstein “How did you derived the Energy-Mass relation?”, he smiled and said “I got a clue from the book Bhagwat Geetha”Thousands of sun brightness” (where Arjuna compares the Lords face during his (her or it) gigantic view).How it could be possible that much of energy, that made me bring out this relation”. Thinking how Enistein knew Bhagwat Geetha. Come on. Lets get into this book. This book is speaking about three categories: a bond between you and your soul, you and your surroundings, you and god. It’s divided into 18 verses. Its starting from unhappiness of Arjuna to yoga and freedom (of soul) through renunciation (means denying everything in life).Think!

 

We are good in reading sci-fi novels and enjoying their boundless imagination but we failed to learn or to know the existing one around us .We, especially educated ones, blame these kind of religious book are useless to the country. Here the problem is not with the book, but with the people. We want everything need to be fast no matter its subject book or philosophy .In the first chapter of Geetha, you won’t be seeing any difficulty in understanding, but further moving into chapters, here comes real bore. The reason is, you may not understand those complex words or not believing those words, Since, we were trained with Newton’s and Pascal Laws than philosophy. Until now astrology and astronomy has never intercepted with each other though both were travelling in same field and concepts. But I can say, Astrology discovered the revolution of planets up to Jupiter before the birth of Galileo .When Astrology taking about this whole Universe, Astronomy has just explored about 4 per sac (1 per sac equals to 63 light years).see the words from the chapter “THE YOGA OF THE VISION OF THE COSMIC FORM”

              “O Arjuna, in this, My body, the whole universe centered in the

 One—including the moving and the unmoving”.

 

If earth revolves because of Sun, How this Universe revolves? There must be an object to control all these objects right? If 1 391 978(km) diametric sun has capable of holding 9 planets (so far known) and asteroid belts, How big the universe centric object is? This assumption is true or false? Lots of Questions will arise in your mind. Do we have solution in Science for these avalanche questions? I took just a line .Geetha describing lot about Science. After reading this book, you will think how far we lagging in science. Is Bhagwat Geetha describing only space .Not at all .Its describing about you too. As I said before, a relation of human and his soul. This is the way the book describing the soul

“Weapons cut it not, fire burns It not, water wets It not, wind dries It not. The soul is neither born, nor does it die”

 

We know the cause of Brain tumors, but do we know where the soul actually settles. Geetha saying our body is just a carrier of Soul, where soul is deathless. Might look funny, but you have to accept it when we can’t prove it. Look this too

       “ Just as in this body the embodied (soul) passes into childhood, youth and old age, so   also does he pass into another body;”As like we see in “if –then” condition in our Engineering.

 Remaining of the chapters, explaining more about Yoga and freedom of soul from our body. Vaguely if u read these chapters, it’s just talking about dying. But the truth is, this Yoga method helped the soul to travel in the space explore the Universe just by sitting on the ground. And also it will completely change our character.

 

“He who hates no creature, who is friendly and compassionate to all, who is free from attachment and egoism, balanced in pleasure and pain, and forgiving,”

 

Lots of confidence words allover the book. You need not take these are said by The Lord, take as it’s said by you. Look these,

       “I am the goal, the support, the Lord, the witness, the abode, the shelter, the friend, the

origin, the dissolution, the foundation, the treasure-house and the imperishable seed.”

 

Won’t it piling up some sort of Confidence in your mind. Won’t it making any difference in the way you the look the World. This book will completely change you. Of course it won’t make you, to turn the page faster as Don Brown books, but deeper in search of truth.
